View the plan, a series of wet-bottom detention lakes and Greenspace in a 291-acre park.
The Willow Waterhole Greenspace Conservancy (WWGC) is a diverse and broad-based group of citizens dedicated to the creation of the Willow Waterhole Greenway Project, which is part of Harris County Flood Control and US Army Corps of Engineers' Project Brays.  The resulting space is named the Willow Waterhole Conservation Reserve.

The project is an exciting combination of major flood control, a $70M series of wet-bottom detention lakes, and Greenspace in a 291-acre park in Southwest Houston.  Latest Status

 Concrete Plant Public Meeting
There is a public meeting scheduled regarding the proposed Southern Crushed Concrete plant by Willow Waterhole.  It will be an opportunity for the public to ask questions and air concerns about the proposed plant to the TCEQ and Southern Crushed Concrete.  Even if you do not speak, your attendance will demonstrate the importance of the issue to the community.  Sometime after the meeting, the TCEQ will decide whether to hold a contested case hearing on this permit application.  Please share with others.
